What you will do
1. Responsible for managing the overall Media strategy to increase brand exposure, social media discussion, and positive public sentiment.
2. Plan and execute buzzer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, X / Twitter, Threads, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
3. Manage buzzer networks, media partners, content distribution channels, and external communities to support campaign amplification.
4. Monitor social media trends, user discussions, comments, and public sentiment related to the brand and campaign topics.
5. Develop content strategies to support brand campaigns, product education, PR releases, and acquisition campaigns.
6. Coordinate with Branding, Creative, KOL, PR, and Growth teams to ensure buzzer and media activities align with campaign objectives.
7. Manage comment direction, discussion flow, and social media engagement to improve campaign visibility and credibility.
8. Identify potential negative sentiment or public risk early and support the team in handling social media issues.
9. Track and analysed buzzer and media performance, including reach, engagement, sentiment, traffic contribution, and campaign impact.
10. Build and optimize SOPs for buzzer operations, media distribution, content amplification, reporting, and risk control.
11. Lead, manage, and develop the Buzzer & Media team to ensure daily execution quality and campaign delivery.
What you will need
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in media strategy & management, media operations, social media marketing, digital campaign amplification, PR support, or related fields.
2. Must have previous team management experience, including task allocation, performance tracking, team training, and execution quality control.
3. Must have proven successful cases in buzzer campaigns, media amplification, viral content distribution, public sentiment management, or social media campaign growth.
4. Strong understanding of Indonesian social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X / Twitter, Threads, Facebook, and online communities.
5. Experienced in managing buzzer networks, media partners, content seeding channels, community distribution, and external social media resources.
6. Experienced in comment direction, social media discussion flow, content seeding, and campaign topic amplification.
7. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyses campaign performance, engagement quality, sentiment movement, media impact, and campaign ROI.
8. Strong cross-functional communication skills and able to work closely with Branding, Creative, KOL, PR, Growth, and Product teams.
9. Able to build structured SOPs, manage external resources, improve team efficiency, and ensure campaign execution quality.
