Scope of Work
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Golang for backend services and React.js for frontend development.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support business and banking application requirements.
Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Develop secure and efficient backend services with Golang while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and internal banking systems.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Participate in system analysis, technical design, code review, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in accordance with banking industry standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to application development and system enhancements.
Support application maintenance, bug fixing, and enhancement requests after deployment.
Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
Strong proficiency in Golang or Java and React.js.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Good understanding of Git version control and CI/CD concepts.
Experience with Docker or containerization is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
