IT Fullstack Developer (Golang+React Js)

Location: BSD, South Tangerang (On-site)

Scope of Work

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Golang for backend services and React.js for frontend development.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support business and banking application requirements.

• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Develop secure and efficient backend services with Golang while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

• Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and internal banking systems.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Participate in system analysis, technical design, code review, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in accordance with banking industry standards.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to application development and system enhancements.

• Support application maintenance, bug fixing, and enhancement requests after deployment.

• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in Golang or Java and React.js.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

• Good understanding of Git version control and CI/CD concepts.

• Experience with Docker or containerization is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
