Today, We are seeking a Junior Tax Officer

Detailed Information:

• Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (such as PPh, PPN, and Local Tax) is required.

• Familiarity with tax reporting systems, especially CORETAX, is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and a high attention to detail and accuracy in handling data are essential.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• A willingness to learn is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN) for subsidiaries or partner companies.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax payments for each subsidiary in compliance with relevant regulations.

• Input and manage tax data efficiently through the appropriate systems.

• Maintain and organize complete tax documentation for audits and internal reviews.

• Perform tax reconciliations to ensure alignment with each entity’s accounting records.

• Monitor updates to tax regulations and ensure that each subsidiary stays compliant.

• Communicate and coordinate with subsidiary finance teams and external tax consultants as necessary.

• Support tax audit processes by providing required documentation for partner companies.
