Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product and localisation within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's digital ecosystem, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure, interpret, and optimise funnel performance
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across product, marketing, content, and regional specialty teams
- Strategic thinker who's equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up sleeves to execute
