Role Overview
TeamsWork.app has strong product-market fit and an engaged, growing customer base. We’re now looking for a Senior Digital Marketer to own and accelerate our brand awareness and top-of-funnel growth in the US and European markets.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will collaborate closely with an existing team of an SEO Specialist, a Graphic Designer, and a Digital Marketing Specialist — bringing the strategy, creativity, and executional drive to move the needle on growth.
What You Will Own
You will own the go-to-market strategy for TeamsWork.app — driving user acquisition, activation, and retention in the US and European markets. The channel mix and tactics are yours to define. We expect you to bring a point of view, build the playbook, and execute it hands-on alongside the team.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing in a SaaS company
- Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
- Experience marketing to US and/or European audiences
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to independently design and execute GTM strategies that drive measurable awareness and pipeline
- Technically hands-on — comfortable configuring tools independently (e.g. setting up marketing automation flows in Power Automate, configuring ad tracking and integrations)
- Strong copywriting skills — able to craft compelling, audience-appropriate messaging for both technical buyers and business decision-makers
- Comfortable working with analytics to measure, report, and iterate on campaign performance (GA4 or equivalent)
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Leveraging AI as a core part of a marketing workflow — not just for personal productivity
- Experience on SaaS review platforms such as G2, Capterra, or Product Hunt
- Exposure to productivity and collaboration tools such as CRM platforms, ClickUp, or Monday.com
