The incumbent will design, implement, and optimize localized HR systems that harmonize Indonesian labor regulations and cultural nuances with our global management standards. As a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development, ensuring operational excellence and long-term business sustainability within the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring full compliance with the Indonesian Manpower Law, BPJS, and local employment policies.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, attendance, personnel records, payroll coordination, and government-mandated manpower reporting, while effectively mitigating labor risks.

2. Manpower Planning & Recruitment

  • Lead strategic manpower planning and full-cycle recruitment across sales, operations, and functional departments.

  • Optimize recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency and talent quality.

  • Develop and execute standardized onboarding and induction programs to accelerate new hire integration and improve long-term retention.

3. Performance & Incentive Management

  • Design and implement localized performance management systems and role-specific KPI appraisal mechanisms.

  • Optimize incentive and bonus structures to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and a high-performance culture.

4. Employee Relations & Team Stabilization

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee engagement, conflict resolution, and internal communications.

  • Conduct turnover analysis and exit interviews; proactively address grievances to enhance workforce stability and overall employee satisfaction.

5. Talent Development & Capability Building

  • Establish localized training frameworks tailored to various employee levels.

  • Facilitate professional and leadership development programs to cultivate internal talent pipelines and elevate organizational capability.

6. HR Analytics & Global Alignment

  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (manpower structure, turnover, cost, performance) to provide actionable insights.

  • Ensure local HR practices remain aligned with global group policies while supporting regional strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional HR experience in Indonesia, with proven expertise in full-cycle operations and managing diverse teams (including sales and back-office functions).

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory for effective cross-regional communication. Able to communicate Mandarin / Chinese is huge advantage.

  • Compliance Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and local employment practices; capable of independent risk management.

  • Market Acumen: Strong understanding of the local talent market and recruitment landscape, with the ability to scale manpower allocation across various business lines.

  • Core Competencies: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR reporting; exceptional communication, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.

  • Cultural Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between global company standards and local operational requirements.
