PT Central Mega Kencana is looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our Accounting team. The role involves financial reporting, cost control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial reports.
Monitor operational expenses and cost control activities.
Review journal entries and accounting transactions.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
Verify inventory records and conduct stock opname activities.
Prepare inventory, liability, and operational cost reports.
Review cash and bank transactions along with supporting documents.
Maintain fixed asset records and documentation.
Monitor major operational expenses, including payroll, rental, and marketing costs.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience; retail or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and cost management.
Experience in financial reporting, inventory, and account reconciliation is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Must have a clean BI Checking/SLIK OJK record.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
