Frontend Developer (UI/UX Integrator)

Job Description

As a Front-End Developer (UI/UX Integrator), you will transform UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready applications while continuously improving the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX designer: bring your technical perspective to improve navigation flows, interaction patterns, and overall experience before a design is finalized

• Implement Figma designs into production-quality front-end code across all Balimmo products: 3 websites, 2 mobile apps, 3 internal tools

• Build and maintain a unified design system — components, tokens, states — that works consistently across all platforms

• Integrate front-end work with back-end developers: handle API connections, loading states, error handling, and real data rendering

• Optimize existing interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience minimal 3 years.

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Figma, design systems and mobil (bonus).

• Experience building responsive web applications and implementing modern UI/UX principles.

• Familiarity with Design Systems and API integration.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills.

• You have a strong eye for visual detail and can quickly identify issues related to spacing, hierarchy, color, interaction, and overall interface quality.

• You continuously seek improvement and pay close attention to detail without sacrificing productivity.

• You can create clean, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces for new features while maintaining brand consistency.

• You confidently provide recommendations when design decisions could negatively impact usability or user experience.

• You are comfortable working directly from Figma and understand which designs can be implemented as-is and which require technical adaptation.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Strong Tailwind CSS skills — you work with utility classes fluently, not reluctantly

• React / Next.js for web, and ideally React Native or equivalent for mobile

• Experience building or maintaining a design system in production

• Bonus: Storybook, Radix UI, shadcn/ui, Framer Motion or similar
