Public Relation & Marketing Creative

Job Description

• Manage Seller Center (products, promotions, banners, store displays)

• Optimize product content and monitor daily performance

• Respond to customer chats and coordinate stock/shipping with the warehouse

• Create monthly e-commerce performance reports

• Develop event concepts (pampering days, workshops, launches)

• Approach brand partners and prepare proposal decks

• Manage event rundowns, recaps, and evaluations

• Manage content plans and brief design/video requirements

• Manage Affiliate & KOLs: search, negotiation, briefing, posting monitoring, and reporting

• Provide product recommendations for campaigns

Job Qualification

• Hold minimum a Bachelor degree or Master Degree from any background, Marketing/ Communications/ / Economics graduate would be an advantage

• Should have worked for at least 2 year in a marketing or brand management environment in a competitive field with a track record of achievements

• Preferably experienced in beauty

• Fluent in English both written and spoken

• Strong leadership, good interpersonal and public relations skills, able to work and manage media and KOL

• Have excellent negotiation skills to deal with KOLs and merchants

• Experience managing marketplaces (Tokopedia/Shopee/TikTok Shop)

• Familiar with events and brand collaborations

• Excellent analytical skills and Computer literate comfortable with ms word, excel, PowerPoint etc

• Able to work in a team, possess good analytical skills, motivate people and creative

• Self driven with a passion to achieve results under minimum supervision

• Able to work under pressure and over-hours

• Able to manage promotional events (online and offline)

• Aiming to achieve positive and strong growth
