- Plan targets for each department* (monthly, weekly, daily) and monitor achievement based on market characteristics, to serve as a reference for evaluating store operational performance.
- Manage product/inventory turnover in the store* including forecasting, clearance, product transfers, and replenishment to optimize available space with products that contribute to increasing sales.
- Oversee the implementation of displays and layouts* to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
- Enhance the comfort and satisfaction of customers* who visit and transact in the store to optimize the frequency and quality of transactions for each customer.
- Control store operational costs* including TLA, Manpower, shrinkage, ADF, and other expenses according to the approved budget to ensure store profitability is achieved.
- Control and evaluate all promotion and advertising programs* both local and national, to ensure alignment with plans and to increase visitor numbers, transaction frequency, and basket size.
- Oversee all operational activities* to ensure they run according to established procedures and standards, thereby minimizing deviations that could result in financial and non-financial losses for the company.
- Manage and monitor the execution of improvement programs* directed by superiors to ensure they are completed on schedule and achieve satisfactory results.
- Direct, motivate, review, and assess subordinates' performance* to achieve maximum work productivity.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in store operations, with at least 3 years as a Duty Manager
