Team Management:

  • Supervise and guide the sales team and other store staff to achieve sales targets and provide the best service to customers. Setting targets and delegating the targets to Sales Promotion / BA in charge.

  • Conduct performance assessments, provide feedback, and develop development plans to improve team competency.

  • Ensure all staff understand product knowledge and implement selling procedures in handling product.

Daily Operational Management:

  • In charge of planning opening a new store and working closely with the Marketing team in terms of offline events or campaign.

  • Ensure all store activities run smoothly in accordance with established SOPs.

  • Supervise all operational activities including sales, customer service, inventory management, and administration.

  • Manage the visual appearance and merchandising of the store to always be attractive and in accordance with the brand image.

Stock and Inventory Supervision:

  • Control and supervise inventory, ensure product availability

  • Conduct regular inventory and ensure the accuracy of stock data.

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to forecast product needs.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain high customer service standards by ensuring every customer has a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience.

  • Handle customer complaints quickly and effectively, and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Input sales data and analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Propose and implement promotions or events that can increase sales and attract more customers.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure the store is always safe by implementing strict security procedures.

Reporting and Evaluation:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering sales, stock, and team performance.

  • Conduct periodic evaluations of operational performance and propose improvements needed to achieve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Business/Fashion Marketing/ Human Resources or other related major.

  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

  • Proven working experience for minimum 2 years in the same role, preferably in BEAUTY RETAIL.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales target and managing multiple stores.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize work, and delegate accordingly.

  • Have effective leadership style with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good sense and awareness about industry-related market and customer.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environment.

  • Willing to work mobile around Java Area.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian or English.

  • Mandarin language skill is a plus.

  • RELATE WITH RETAIL BUSINESS NATURE SO CANDIDATE NEED WORK 6 DAYS/WEEK IN WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY AND TAKE OFF/HOLIDAY 1 DAY/WEEK (WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY).
