REQUIREMENT:

  • S1 with Law major (max 30 years old)
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a legal advisory role or notary / PPAT office
  • Strong knowledge of property licensing systems, legal land zoning verification in accordance with Indonesian regulations, cultural law, and land due diligence is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong skills in other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to prepare the necessary data for clients, such as analyzing contracts and conducting discussions
  • Good negotiation skills and team member engagement skills
  • Good knowledge of setting-up a company (PT & PT PMA) and OSS is a plus
  • Fluent in English
