LOGISTIC MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing daily operations tasks, logistics & warehousing activity and monitoring vendor performance with KPI metrics

• Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes

• Developing and implementing plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs in supply chain operations

• Prepare invoices for orders and deliveries as part of record keeping measures and evidence of transaction

• Oversee truck logistics by negotiating with trucking companies, planning, communicating with customers, handling documents, and addressing demurrage concerns

• Proactively strategize on optimizing logistics flow leveraging your expertise and connections

• Generate loading and unloading orders 

• Process incoming goods and expense invoices, as well as generate outgoing goods and expense invoices To succeed in this rewarding, newly-created Logistics and Operations Manager (FMCG Manufacturing only) role

• Daily Inventory Report ( Stock count, Manual Deferred Revenue) 

• End Month closing ( Inventory Transaction Report, Manual & Prepaid Inventory report,

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Logistics, though not mandatory

• Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in FMCG manufacturing or distribution, container shipping, and trucking as a logistic manager

• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal 

• Outstanding communication and teamwork capabilities 

• Flexibility, resilience, and reliability in work practices 

• Ability to work in an organized and structured manner 

• Proficiency in Excel, data management, and ERP systems

• Can drive a car and have a driving license

• Available for placement at Jakarta Office

• Experience using ERP/SAP is a plus
