Marketing Manager
Reports To: Director
Location: Corporate Office (with frequent travel to outlets)
JOB QUALIFICATION PROFILE
Experience & Education
Proven Track Record: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Public Relations within luxury hospitality, fine dining groups, 5-star hotels, or high-end lifestyle/entertainment concepts.
Multi-Unit Experience: Prior experience overseeing marketing for companies managing multiple outlets or varied brand concepts simultaneously is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Technical & Market Skills
Indonesian F&B Dynamics: Deep understanding of the premium/luxury consumer demographics in Indonesia (specifically urban hubs like Jakarta, Bali, or Surabaya), including their dining habits and digital behaviors.
KOL & Media Network: Possess a strong, active, readymade network of lifestyle media contacts and premium lifestyle/culinary influencers in Indonesia.
Digital Proficiency: Strong literacy in modern digital tools, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, social media algorithms, CRM systems, and standard content production pipelines.
Language & Communication
Bilingual Capability: Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and excellent professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Polished Presentation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to host media tables, pitch to high-level corporate partners, and interact smoothly with high-net-worth VIP guests.
Behavioral Competencies
Adaptable & Agile: The ability to pivot instantly between the refined, precise language required for fine dining storytelling and the fast, trendy, high-energy vibes required for casual/lifestyle concepts.
Collaborative Leader: Strong empathy and diplomatic communication skills necessary to bridge the gap between creative marketing ideas and the strict real-world realities of kitchen and floor operations.
