Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Quality Control: Maintaining Standards, Room Inspections, Front Office Liaison
Team Leadership & People Management: Scheduling, Training & Development, Performance & Morale
Inventory & Financial Control: Stock Management, Budgeting, Vendor Management
Health, Safety & Maintenance: Maintenance Reporting, Compliance & Safety, Lost & Found
Requirements:
Proven experience in Pre-opening team
Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
In-depth understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and sustainability standards.
Degree or Diploma-3 in Hotel Management or related field (essentially preferred)
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive housekeeping experience in 4 and 5-star international chain hotel management (at least 3 years in leadership position)
Proven track recording team leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
