Strategic Planning Superintendent

About the role
As a Strategic Planning Superintendent at PT Samindo Resources Tbk, you will be responsible for analyzing subsidiary business performance, reviewing financial and operational data, monitoring key performance indicators and preparing business analysis reports. This is a full-time position with a 3-month probation period, based in South Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze subsidiary financial and operational performance based on business data, reports and key performance indicators.

• Review subsidiary business plans, budgets, targets, and actual performance to identify gaps, risks and improvement areas.

• Prepare business analysis reports, performance review materials and management presentation slides.

• Monitor subsidiary business progress and follow-up actions related to strategic initiatives.

• Coordinate with subsidiaries and internal departments to collect data, validate information and clarify business issues.

• Provide analytical summaries and business insights based on subsidiary performance review.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management or related fields from a reputable university.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, business analysis, financial analysis, performance management or related roles.

• Preferably experienced in mining or holding company environment.

• Proven track record of success in corporate planning, business development or related field

• Good ability to analyze financial statements, operational data and business performance.

• Good understanding of business planning, budgeting, performance monitoring and management reporting.

• Able to identify business gaps, risks, opportunities and improvement areas from performance data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting and presentation preparation.

• Willing to undertake business trips as required.

• Proficiency in English (both in written and spoken) is required.
