We are looking for an ambitious business professional with a proven track record of success in Customer Development. A strong passion for Customer Development is essential, along with commercial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and outstanding communication abilities.
Customer Development Managers are responsible for setting sales objectives, developing strategic plans, and creating as well as implementing key account programs. These initiatives are driven by detailed analyses of past performance and results, industry best practices, and evolving consumer trends to achieve sustainable business growth.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Any Major
Minimum of 5 years experience as a B2B Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
Must have the ability to be aggressive and persistent with sales
•xcellent Negotiation and Persuasive Selling Skills
Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office
Willing to placement in all Lotte wholesale stores across Indonesia
Responsibility :
Develop strategies to recruit and acquire new customers.
Manage the customer database and maintain relationships with existing customers through telecalls and direct visits.
Develop strategies and manage the implementation of Key Account programs.
Provide customer service, deliver promotional programs and the latest information to customers, and handle customer complaints.
Monitor and coordinate with the SGM to evaluate Key Account sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
