Job Description:
Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients (vegetables, meats, and other food items) daily.
Clean and sanitize work areas, countertops, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure all kitchenware is properly stored and organized.
Assist in receiving stock delivery, checking quantities, and storing ingredients in the proper storage or refrigerator.
Help the cooks during busy hours by fetching ingredients and plating simple dishes as instructed.
Qualification:
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work fast and follow instructions carefully.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
