We are looking for a self-driven Freelance Sales to build and close this pipeline.
You will prospect corporate accounts (offices, schools, government agencies, SMEs) for regular catering orders, and sell event & catering
packages for gatherings, meetings, arisan, birthday celebrations, and private functions.
This is a commission-only role — your income is directly tied to what you close.
1. Corporate Account Development (B2B)
• Identify and prospect companies, offices, schools, and institutions within Bandung for recurring catering
orders.
• Build relationships with decision-makers (office managers, HR teams, procurement contacts).
• Present catering menus and packages for daily lunch, team meetings, and company events.
• Manage the account after closing — coordinate with our Operations team and ensure client satisfaction.
• Work toward building a stable base of repeat corporate accounts over time.
2. Event & Catering Sales
• Actively pitch our catering packages to individuals and organizations planning private events: arisan,
birthdays, office gatherings, seminars, and similar occasions.
• Follow up on inbound leads from our social media and restaurant walk-ins.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals — menu options, quantities, pricing, and logistics.
• Coordinate order handover with our Operations team once a deal is confirmed.
3. Pipeline & Reporting
• Maintain a simple sales pipeline — leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
• Provide a weekly update to the Operations Manager: leads contacted, deals in progress, deals closed.
• Flag market feedback — what clients are asking for that we don't currently offer.
