PPIC Senior Planner

Job Description

• Manage and control Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure smooth production planning and customer demand fulfilment

• Define production priorities, evaluate capacity, and ensure material availability meets production requirements

• Control and validate planning data (MPS, MRP, and Production Orders) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Ensure Production Orders are ready for execution before being handed over to scheduling.

• Monitor critical material availability and anticipate potential shortages affecting production.

• Generate and process Purchase Requests (PR) based on MRP results.

• Provide preliminary analysis of Sales Orders related to capacity and material availability. Process Engineer Process Engineer

• Perform analysis of production planning deviations and provide improvement recommendations.

• Support continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) within PPIC

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC / Production Planning / Material Planning

• Experience in complex manufacturing, long leadtime material planning, or multi stage production planning environment is preferred

• Strong understanding of MPS, MRP, inventory control, and production planning processes

• Experience using ERP systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookup, pivot tables, data analysis)

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and planning judgement in evaluating production feasibility, material readiness, and planning priorities

• Able to coordinate with various departments, with familiarity in cross-functional and intercompany planning coordination considered an advantage

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) for global coordination

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement concepts (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

• Located in Kopo Katapang (Kabupaten Bandung)
