Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven Call Center Agents to join our Bacolod team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while meeting company performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and processes through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply); college graduates are an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work on-site in Bacolod City.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage but not required for entry-level applicants.
