Site Supervisor — Qualifications
1. Based in Bali (locally based candidates only — no relocation support)
2. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
3. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field
4. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design/drafting software
6. Able to read and interpret working drawings (shop drawings) and technical specifications accurately
7. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing on-site
8. Strong coordination skills — able to liaise effectively with contractors, architects, and the project team
9. Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving and time-management skills
10. Own transportation (motorbike/car) preferred
11. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, WhatsApp reporting)
Nice-to-have (optional, if you want to add a "plus points" section):
1. Experience with villa or residential-scale construction projects
2. Familiarity with Bali's local building practices, suppliers, or subcontractors
3. Basic knowledge of budgeting/BOQ
