WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR (JAKARTA)

Requirement

• Basic Knowledge of Inventory Control 

• Familiar with Warehouse Management System or other related software 

• Strong leadership skills to manage a small team, effective communication and the abillity to solve operational issues efficiently

• Proficiency in Excell, including use Pivot Table and formulas necessary for manual inventory data management

• Understanding of basic HSE standart to warehouse operations

• Abillity to perform physical tasks required in the warehouse and maintain attention to detail in inventory & operations management

• Willingness to work in Gresik, preferably living nearby, with flexibillity for overtime when necessary   

• This position is for one of the AKR Group for the lubricant business.

Job Description

• Supervise all warehouse operational activities, including receiving, storage, issuing, and shipping of lubricant products

• Ensure stock arrangement of lubricants follows established standards and procedures.

• Schedule deliveries and ensure all lubricant products reach their destinations on time.

• Ensure lubricant stock levels are always optimal, preventing shortages or overstocking.

• Conduct regular inspections of stock and product conditions.

• Prepare inventory reports and calculate lubricant supply needs in the warehouse.

• Manage the warehouse team, including providing training and coaching to warehouse staff.

• Ensure lubricant products are stored in good condition and maintain their quality.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities, stock status, and reports on product damage or loss.

• Conduct analysis to improve warehouse operational efficiency and lubricant distribution processes.
