Job Description
- Verify petty cash usage.
- Manage and prepare petty cash reports.
- Handle administrative tasks related to purchases, sales, and reconditioning (verification, data entry, and filing).
- Perform bank reconciliations and other required data reconciliations.
- Organize and maintain document archives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably Oracle Netsuite.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and honest.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule
