Fullstack Developer (Middle/ Senior)

Notes:

Status: Contract 6 months under Sigmatech (extendable)

Work Location: Banking industry, based on Bintaro (Full WFO)

Salary: 12-18 mio gross (Based on level)

Benefit: BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, laptop provided

Key Responsibilities

• Designed, developed, tested, well-documented, and maintained back-end services and front-end applications to ensure secure and efficient solutions 
• Write clean, reusable code while following the best back-end and front-end development practices
• Optimize database queries and manage data storage for seamless functionality 
• Improve web performance while scaling back-end services 
• Manage containerized back-end applications and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments 
• Work closely with other developers and the QA team to understand the system from end to end 
• Write unit, integration tests, functional automation, and challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Has experience in full-stack development, focusing on both back-end and front-end 
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent field of experience 
• Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and clean coding principles for back-end and front-end platforms 
• Experience with at least one back-end framework (e.g., Java, Ruby, Go, Rust) and front-end technologies (e.g., React and Vue) 
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching technologies (e.g., Redis) 
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS and Google Cloud) is essential for scalable back-end service performance 
• Familiarity with API development and performance optimization 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects 
• Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions across back-end and front-end development
