Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator, located in Bogor with opportunities for partial remote work. The Content Creator will plan, create, and manage engaging multimedia content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies, producing creative copy, designing visuals or coordinating with designers, and ensuring consistency with DGROCK’s brand tone and strategy. The role also involves analyzing content performance to inform improvements and staying up-to-date with trends in digital content and marketing.
Qualifications
- Content Development: Strong skills in Copywriting, Creative Writing, and Multimedia Content Creation
- Strategic Planning: Experience in Content Strategy and Marketing Campaign Execution
- Editing and Proofreading: Keen attention to detail for refining and enhancing content quality
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and basic design tools
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess content performance and apply insights for optimization
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptability: Capacity to balance in-office collaboration in Bogor with remote work as needed
- Preferred: Experience in branding, knowledge of ERP platforms, and relevant certifications or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
