Customer Service Representative (Seasonal – 4-Month Contract)
Location: Vertis North, Quezon City

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a 4-month seasonal account. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are looking to gain or expand their experience in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant records.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Meet individual and team performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
College graduates are welcome to apply; no BPO experience required.
College undergraduates with at least two (2) years completed, no back subjects, and a minimum of six (6) months of BPO experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Willing to work on-site in Vertis North, Quezon City, or participate in the virtual hiring process.
Compensation & Benefits
Earn up to ?22,000 per month.
?25,000 Completion Bonus (subject to company terms and conditions).
