Mid Python Developer

1. Mandatory Skill Set

Candidates must have:

• Intermediate      experience in Python development
• Strong      experience in relational databases (SQL Server or      PostgreSQL)
• Experience      with NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB)

2. Preferred / Value-Added Skills

• Experience      with Front Arena system will be a strong advantage
• Experience      using Python framework (Django)
• Experience      with API Gateway platforms (e.g., Kong, Apigee, etc)

3. Additional Preferred Skills (Banking Context)

Candidates with the following experience will be highly prioritized:

• Strong      understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS)
• Familiar      with secure coding practices and OWASP standards
• Experience      in banking, financial services, or transaction-based systems
• Understanding      of data consistency, ACID principles, and idempotency handling
• Knowledge      in monitoring, logging, and audit tools (e.g., ELK,      Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Awareness      of regulatory and compliance standards

4. Role Responsibilities

The selected resource will be responsible for:

• Managing system      integration with internal and external systems
• Designing,      developing, and maintaining backend components system , API      services and Job systems
• Ensuring secure,      reliable, and high-performance transaction processing
• Implementing best      practices in coding, security, and system design
• Performing troubleshooting,      debugging, and production support
• Collaborating      with cross-functional teams (Business Analyst, QA,      Infrastructure, etc.)

5. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s      degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5      years of experience in software development
• Experience      working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong      analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able      to work independently as well as in a team
