Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including role intake with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and overseeing offer and onboarding stages. This role will design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to support business growth, especially for IT and technology roles. The specialist will collaborate closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. In addition, this position will contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, and continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Proven experience in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess technical and non-technical competencies objectively.
- Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across digital platforms and professional networks.
- Solid understanding of IT/technology roles and talent markets, ideally within an outsourcing or consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Comfort with using ATS and HRIS tools, as well as professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to equitable, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English are highly preferred.
