Web Developer & AI Coder (Vibe Coding)

The Web Developer & AI Coder (Vibe Coding) is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving the company’s digital ecosystem through modern web development, AI-assisted coding, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping.

This role combines technical development, problem solving, AI-driven innovation, and digital product thinking to create scalable solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, user experience, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an AI-native builder who actively leverages modern technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Windsurf, and other AI-powered development tools to accelerate development, experimentation, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Digital Platform Management

• Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web-based applications.

• Ensure websites remain responsive, secure, scalable, and user-friendly across all devices.

• Improve website performance, loading speed, SEO structure, and overall user experience.

• Manage website updates, content implementation, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support digital initiatives and business objectives.

2. AI Coding & Vibe Development

• Utilize AI-powered coding tools to accelerate software and web development processes.

• Build prototypes, MVPs, internal tools, and digital solutions using AI-assisted development workflows.

• Leverage platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Windsurf, and similar technologies to improve productivity and development speed.

• Continuously explore new AI development methodologies and best practices.

3. Automation & AI Workflow Development

• Design and implement workflow automations that improve business efficiency.

• Build integrations between websites, CRM systems, forms, databases, APIs, marketing platforms, and internal systems.

• Develop AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive tasks and operational processes.

• Explore opportunities to implement AI agents, AI assistants, and intelligent workflow systems where relevant.

4. UI/UX & Product Improvement

• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Management teams to improve digital user journeys.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

• Develop and implement interfaces that improve usability, engagement, and conversion.

• Participate in user testing, feedback analysis, and continuous product improvements.

5. Research & Innovation

• Continuously research emerging AI technologies, web development frameworks, automation tools, and digital trends.

• Evaluate new technologies that can improve scalability, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

• Recommend and implement innovative solutions that support company growth.

6. Business Growth Support

• Support initiatives related to lead generation, member acquisition, customer onboarding, and digital conversion funnels.

• Develop tools, dashboards, and systems that improve user engagement and business performance.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to optimize digital acquisition and conversion strategies.

• Ensure digital platforms actively support business growth, operational objectives, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems (Sistem Informasi), Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Programming, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of website development, databases, APIs, and modern web technologies.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, WordPress, Laravel, React, Next.js, or equivalent technologies is preferred.

• Comfortable using AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or similar technologies is highly preferred.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and digital product development.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to new technologies.

• Portfolio showcasing websites, software projects, automations, AI projects, or digital products is highly preferred.
