ABOUT THE ROLE

If you're always the first to know what's trending, love talking to people online, and can't stand a quiet group chat — this one's for you. As our Community Engagement Intern, you'll be the person keeping Dialogika's member and alumni community buzzing across WhatsApp and Discord. Not just moderating — actually making people want to show up and participate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage Dialogika's member and alumni communities on WhatsApp and Discord day-to-day. Come up with and run engagement activities — discussions, challenges, sharing sessions, polls, whatever gets people talking. Respond to member questions and conversations quickly, in a tone that fits the community vibe. Work with the Closing and Branding teams to share program updates, promos, and content with the community. Keep an eye on community trends and share insights with the team. Track community activity and put together regular engagement reports

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Currently an undergraduate student (3rd semester+); any major is fine — Communication or Marketing is a plus

Always up on the latest trends — you know what's relevant to young adults right now

A natural communicator who's responsive and enjoys connecting with people online

Good at managing your time; comfortable working hybrid following the office schedule

Comfortable using WhatsApp and Discord

NICE TO HAVE

Experience managing or moderating an online community

Interest or background in public speaking, personal branding, or communication

Ability to create simple community content (short copy, polls, Q&A prompts)
