Accounting Tax (Korean Speaker)

About the role

PT Serveone MRO Indonesia is seeking a talented Accounting Tax (Korean Speaker) to join our team on a contract basis. This key role will be responsible for providing strategic financial and accounting support to our operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Based in our Jakarta Selatan office, you will be a vital part of our Accounting & Financial Reporting team.

What you'll be doing

1. Verify the authenticity and completeness of purchasing transaction documents (such as receipts, invoices, and supporting documents) before processing.

2. Accounting's original settlement adjustment / supplementation of accounting capabilities

3. Record all purchasing transactions and expenses accurately in the accounting system.

4. AP/AR Management and Prepare accounts payable summaries and perform regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of outstanding liabilities.

5. Prepare VAT output tax invoices and possess a good understanding of Indonesia's Coretax system, as well as withholding taxes including Article 22, Article 23, and Article 4(2) Income Tax (PPh).

6. Support and perform tasks related to Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

7. Communication with Korean Leader

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

2. Required to speak Korean (preferential treatment for those who are qualified for the Korean language proficiency test)

3. At least 3 years of experience, such as accounting audit or TAX (transfer price/corporate tax)

4. SAP Experience Preferred

5. Experience in AR/AP Management

6. Familiar with VAT / Coretax

7. If you don't have specific experience as finance/accounting/tax but expert in Korean Language and passionate in finance, feel free to submit your resume.
