We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy, and sales-driven Live Stream Host to be the dynamic face of GOLO on our social commerce platforms. In this role, your main mission is to captivate the audience, build strong brand awareness, and drive real-time sales conversions during live broadcasts. If you are confident in front of the camera, understand how to close sales online, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main host for scheduled live streaming sessions, presenting GOLO's products in a clear, engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
- Actively interact with viewers through the comment section, answering queries regarding products, ongoing promos, and checkout processes to maintain a lively and interactive atmosphere.
- Drive real-time purchasing urgency using effective digital selling techniques to maximize conversion rates and support the achievement of Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets.
- Thoroughly study product benefits, unique selling points (USPs), and updates prior to streaming; ensure all scripts, rundowns, and promotional materials are fully aligned with the internal marketplace team.
- Provide constructive feedback on live stream performance, track recurring customer insights, and contribute to developing innovative live concepts to boost future engagement.
- Represent the brand with a professional, communicative, and polished image, ensuring all product claims align strictly with company guidelines and SOPs.
- A well-groomed, professional, and highly presentable appearance on camera.
- Proven experience as a Live Stream Host on major e-commerce or social commerce platforms.
- Strong public speaking and persuasive communication skills.
- Deep familiarity with marketplace and social commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Solid understanding of digital direct-selling tactics and live-funneling mechanisms.
- Highly confident, expressive, and natural in front of the camera.
- Strong sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent agility and flexibility to adapt to scheduled live shifts and changing broadcast routines.
