Job Description :
1. Soil Management
Conduct soil sampling and interpret soil and leaf analysis.
Develop and implement fertilizer programs.
Monitor soil fertility, pH, drainage, and overall soil health.
2. Nursery Management
Manage banana nursery operations
Ensure proper acclimatization (hardening) and plant quality.
Maintain nursery sanitation and disease prevention.
Plan seedling production based on planting needs.
3. Plantation Management
Implement Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) for banana cultivation.
Supervise land preparation, planting, irrigation, and crop maintenance.
Monitor plant growth, yield, and crop cycle.
Improve productivity and field efficiency.
4. Pest & Disease Management (HPT)
Identify and monitor major banana pests and diseases.
Ensure safe and effective use of pesticides.
5. Research & Reporting
Conduct field trials (fertilizer, spacing, varieties, treatments).
Collect and analyze agronomy data.
Provide recommendations to improve yield and quality.
Prepare regular field and research reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or any related studies
Minimum 5 years solid experience in banana or horticulture plantation
Willing to be placed in Sukabumi
