Responsibilities
Develop and optimize fish feed formulations based on nutritional requirements, species-specific needs, and production objectives.
Ensure feed formulations and raw materials meet nutritional, quality, and cost-efficiency standards.
Conduct feed cost analysis, raw material forecasting, and support formulation budgeting activities.
Support research and development initiatives to improve feed performance, product quality, and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers on feed formulation, product development, and technical matters.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.
Qualifications
Master's degree (S2) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Fish Nutrition, Feed Technology, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
Experience in fish feed formulation, aquaculture nutrition, feed mill operations, research, or related areas.
Strong understanding of fish nutrition, feed ingredients, formulation principles, and feed quality standards.
Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and technical reporting.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and willing to be based in South Jakarta.
