Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily tilapia breeding and hatchery operations to ensure optimal productivity and fish quality.
Monitor broodstock performance, spawning activities, larval production, and survival rates.
Analyze production data and implement improvements based on performance indicators.
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular reports.
Ensure proper biosecurity, fish health management, and farm SOP compliance.
Coordinate with farm teams to achieve production targets efficiently.
Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and implement corrective actions.
Continuously improve breeding performance, efficiency, and operational standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tilapia breeding, hatchery, or aquaculture farm operations.
Strong understanding of fish breeding techniques, water quality management, and hatchery systems.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data effectively.
Agile, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced farm environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willing to relocate and stay at the farm site.
Able to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science, or related field is preferred.
