Electrical Engineer

Equipment troubleshooting and fault analysis, Equipment MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) KPI indicators, Spare parts requisition and inventory management, Preventive maintenance of equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage dan maintan Electrical Work Order for production machine

2. Manage and maintain Preventive Maintenance for all production machine

3. Manage and maintain Electrical spare parts (production machine) availability in warehouse

4. Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all electrical production machine.

5. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults safely and efficiently.

6. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or upgrades.

7. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.

8. Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.

9. Implement and enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety procedures

10. Maintain accurate technical documentation, electrical drawings, and maintenance records

11. Prepare reports on system performance, RCA Analysis, and incidents.

12. Support audits and inspections related to electrical systems.

13. Working English proficiency to read technical manuals, equipment specifications, and engineering drawings/documents in English; communicate with overseas equipment suppliers/vendors for installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting support; and prepare technical reports.

Requirements:

1. Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, TPM or industrial facilities

3. Hands-on experience with automation (programming TIA Portal, S7, Profinet knowledge, etc)

4. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams

5. Electrical Engineer License (where applicable)

6. Occasional work in substations, rooftops (solar panels), and outdoor environments

7. Good english communication skill
