CRM & Telemarketing Assistant
The CRM & Telemarketing Assistant supports the Campaign Specialist in executing promotional campaigns and player engagement initiatives. The role is responsible for campaign coordination, CRM communications, and outbound player outreach to help increase player acquisition, deposits, engagement, retention, and reactivation across Sportsbook and Casino products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution Support
? Assist the Campaign Specialist in planning, preparing, and executing promotional campaigns.
? Coordinate campaign requirements with Operations, Customer Service, Design, and other relevant teams.
? Prepare campaign materials, promotion mechanics, communication schedules, and supporting documentation.
? Perform campaign quality checks before and after launch.
? Maintain campaign calendars, records, and execution reports.
2. CRM Communications & Telemarketing
? Execute CRM campaigns through Push Notifications, SMS, In-App Messages, Email, and other communication channels.
? Prepare player segments and campaign lists for targeted communications.
? Draft and schedule campaign communications aligned with promotional activities.
? Conduct outbound calls to promote campaigns, bonuses, VIP benefits, and platform features.
? Reactivate inactive players and follow up on eligible players who have not participated in promotions.
? Maintain accurate records of player interactions and campaign results.
? Assist in campaign reporting and recommend improvements to player engagement and campaign performance.
? Support other CRM and player engagement initiatives assigned by the Campaign Specialist.
Qualifications Required
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
? 1–2 years of experience in CRM, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Call Center environments.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
?Copy Writing
Preferred
? Experience in iGaming, Sportsbook, Casino, E-commerce, Fintech, or BPO industries.
? Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer segmentation.
? Knowledge of sports betting and online casino products.
