Responsibilities 

  • Develop the potential of GT Channel related to DKT products by looking for the opportunities within channel including go to market model.
  • Develop RTM (route-to-market) plans in the responsible area, that will step up sales efficiency and effectiveness in the responsible area that is updated in quarterly based and make coordination with distributors to improve sales route planning and deliver on our right Store strategies. This includes:
  • Execute the routine weekly meeting with distributors both onsite and online regarding sales plan, program execution, monitoring and reporting.
  • Looking for the right partners for Local Sub-Distributors to increase the distribution and penetration, continuing with build a strong partnership by developing the sub-distributors sales team capabilities and, provide local sales program that fit the sub-distributors natures, infrastructures and business model if needed.
  • Maximizing the GT wholesaler through partnership model that help them growth their business through DKT’s produc
  • Increase the distribution in the retail’s stores within respective sub channels, include by seeking opportunities in available strong models such as SRC models.
  • Get the market insight to build store strategy and plan by defining the optimum point of the highly complex route-to-market parameters that can bridging distributors sales team and the stores to generate demand, also create and propose tactical GT Promo to build opportunity in the ar
  • GT Supervisors fully responsible to ensure the Distributors sales team are having the capability and fully understand for DKT’s GT products and programs to be able to have the clear communication to the customers in their responsible areas by short brief of Program and products through weekly meeting and or during Joint Visit with distributors team.
  • Helped Customers in communicating DKT’s products to their potential consumers with POSMs by monitoring and ensure Store Branding Program is executing (beside by the distributor’s team & DKT’s team, GT Supervisor is also responsible to execute the Store Branding Program as targeted).
  • Working closely and collaborate with sales team (both DKT’s and distributors) in area to build GT channel by initiating or providing insight/input for the right promotion activities to achieve the sales objectives in responsible area that come from the market intelligence information for ongoing competitor promotional programs, prices and other issues currently in the field that translated to local strategic sales tactics.
  • Expanding the area of coverage by looking opportunities in the surrounding areas and nearest cities from the hometown base with upcountry model mirroring to distributor (AMS, PPG, BSF, UDC) and or sub-distributor coverage.
  • Collaborate with DKT’s Sales team and distributor’s team to penetrate the market and ensuring excellence distributions of DKT’s products within channel in own region
  • Work closely and collaborate with DKT’s and the distributors sales team to ensure excellence execution in sales & marketing activities and to delivering the product to the customer within channel
  • Build a good relationship with customers (store manager & store owner), and ensuring DKT’s sales strategies are implemented in order to increase the in-store availability and visibility of DKT’s products
  • Responsible for the monitoring, tracking and measurement of GT Program implementation in the field, as own measurement for the General Trade channel sales development progress and also as communication for other related department within organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • At least 5-year experience in General Trade sales from FMCG industry.
  • Having experience as Supervisor 
  • Expert in route to market strategy, business process and developing GT Channel for consumer goods products
  • Strong cross function communication with strategic and analytical capability is a must
  • Excellent in using Excel and prepare the presentation
  • Excellent leadership
  • Demonstrate innovative critical thinking, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with strong communication to internal DKT’s and Distributors level.
