Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform API testing and validation using Postman to ensure functionality and performance meet requirements.
• Conduct continuous testing to maintain the quality of pre-release applications.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test activities, preparing test scenarios, and ensuring test scripts meet quality standards before delivery to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand business objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using project management tools with clear details and supporting evidence.
• Work closely with developers to communicate, analyze, and resolve reported issues effectively.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various software testing methodologies.
• Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and UAT processes.
• Familiarity with API testing tools, especially Postman.
• Comfortable with identifying opportunities to improve testing processes and workflows.
