This role helps ensure our people processes grow together with the business in a practical and continuously improving way.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and wants hands-on exposure in People & Culture beyond administrative work.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Manage talent acquisition end-to-end, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs, align expectations, and ensure hiring decisions support both skill and culture fit.
- Support people performance processes by tracking goals and organizing performance inputs to support continuous improvement and clear performance standards.
- Observe daily people processes, gather feedback from interactions, and help identify opportunities to improve how teams work together.
- Build and run culture initiatives through programs that reflect Lencir’s values and ways of working, strengthening engagement and connection across teams.
- Maintain people data and documentation to support accurate reporting and smooth people operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior experience or internship in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations is a plus.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, people development, and workplace culture.
- Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility in daily work.
- Curious and motivated to learn and grow continuously.
