About The Company:

• The working venue is in Karawang.

• Our client is an Japanese Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for Finance, Accounting & Cost Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Cost Accounting activities related to the IT Department, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial records and reporting

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX monitoring, and cost control, including variance analysis and identification of opportunities for cost optimization

• Review and analyze IT-related expenditures, investments, and projects, providing financial insights and recommendations to management

• Ensure compliance with applicable PSAK, IFRS, Indonesian Tax Regulations, Transfer Pricing, and OECD Guidelines

• Manage and monitor Standard Cost Accounting and related cost/variance analysis

• Work closely with IT, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and other departments to ensure proper financial processes, cost allocation, and internal controls

• Utilize ERP systems for financial transactions, reporting, and analysis

• Support internal and external audits, tax audits, month-end/year-end closing, and other financial control activities related to IT

• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance/Accounting team, while ensuring effective performance and continuous process improvement

• Other task assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Business level in English to communicate with internal and external, Japanese skill is a plus point

• Minimum 2 years as Finance Accounting Tax including Costing Assistant Manager level in the manufacturing industry, has experience in managing subordinates

• Hold Tax brevet A & B certification

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations, Transfer Pricing, OECD Guidelines, PSAK, IFRS, and Standard Cost Accounting

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
