What we're looking for
Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in plant nursery management or horticultural operations
Proven expertise in plant propagation techniques, including seed germination, cuttings, and tissue culture methods
Strong knowledge of tropical and subtropical plant species, particularly relevant to Bali's climate and environment
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff management within a horticultural setting
Comprehensive understanding of plant health management, pest control, and disease prevention
Proficiency in nursery record-keeping and basic horticultural data management
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sustainable and organic growing practices is highly desirable
Fluency in English is a must.
