Job Description:
Create scripts and content plans for Lanbena & Breylee’s TikTok content
Develop creative, engaging, and brand-relevant content ideas
Brief and explain scripts to Videographers before the shooting process
Evaluate and analyze content performance to measure the effectiveness of the scripts created
Conduct research on TikTok trends, competitors, and content developments to generate new ideas
Assist in managing social media accounts, including content uploading and scheduling
Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to ensure content aligns with the overall strategy
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content formats
Creative and able to generate fresh and engaging content ideas
Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
Able to conduct content research and analyze content performance data
Good time management skills and able to work with deadlines
Experienced in managing social media accounts, especially TikTok
Passionate about beauty, skincare, and social media is a plus
Experience or a portfolio in TikTok content/scriptwriting is a plus
