Recruitment & Employer Branding Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to fulfill manpower requirements in line with business needs and company hiring standards.

• Partner with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, recruitment priorities, and hiring timelines.

• Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer management through various recruitment channels.

• Conduct Mandarin interviews, language assessments, and translation to support recruitment needs where required.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, career centers, professional communities, and talent networks to build sustainable talent pipelines.

• Plan and execute employer branding and talent acquisition activities, including job fairs, campus recruitment, career events, social media, and other company branding initiatives.

• Monitor recruitment performance, maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases, and provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness.

• Support HR projects and initiatives to strengthen talent acquisition processes and the company's employer brand.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English with the ability to conduct interviews and translation.

• Proven experience in developing employer branding strategies, managing university partnerships, and overseeing end-to-end Management Trainee recruitment programs

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.

• Familiar with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.

• Good communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

• Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
