University of Jakarta International (UNIJI) is urgently looking for a passionate and driven Student Counsellor (Experienced Sales) to join our team.
Job Description:
· Provide consultation and guidance to students in choosing suitable institutions and destination countries
· Deliver accurate information and engaging presentations about UNIJI programs
· Generate new leads, follow up, and convert them into student enrolments
· Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and promotional activities
· Participate in promotions, exhibitions, and school expos (inside and outside Jakarta)
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrolment
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing or related field
2. Experience min 2 years in Higher Education / University Marketing / Admissions / Student Recruitment
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Energetic, creative, and open-minded personality
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team
7. Willing to travel
