Requirements :
- 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or HR tech
- Proven track record of generating inbound leads and converting them into sales pipeline opportunities
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and at least one CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning
- Comfortable managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to performance measurement
- Strong written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Nice-to-Have :
- Existing network within the Indonesian HR community
- Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise companies (50–5,000 employees)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot
- Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools for creating marketing assets
- Understanding of Indonesian HR and payroll regulations to support content development and industry credibility
