Guide ATV

Job Description:

• Welcome guests and conduct a comprehensive safety briefing before the activity begins.

• Explain ATV operating procedures and riding techniques in accordance with company SOPs.

• Ensure all guests wear the required safety equipment correctly.

• Lead and guide guests throughout the ATV trail while maintaining safety at all times.

• Monitor guests during the ride and provide assistance whenever necessary.

• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company standards.

• Perform pre-ride and post-ride inspections of ATVs and safety equipment.

• Report vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or potential hazards to the relevant team.

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and assist with evacuation procedures when required.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the briefing area, safety equipment, and operational areas.

• Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional, and enjoyable experience for guests.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School/Vocational High School graduate or equivalent.

• Be able to communicate in English Language (Basic English).

• Previous experience as an ATV Guide, Adventure Guide, Tour Guide, or in a similar role is an advantage.

• Ability to operate an ATV confidently and safely.

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures and emergency response.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

• Friendly, responsible, disciplined, and customer service-oriented.
