Job Description:
- Welcome guests and conduct safety briefings before each tour.
- Instruct guests on the proper operation of ATVs and safety procedures.
- Ensure guests wear and use safety equipment correctly.
- Lead guests throughout the ATV trail while maintaining safety standards.
- Monitor guests during the activity and provide assistance when needed.
- Inspect ATVs and safety equipment before and after each tour.
- Report vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the operational area and equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
- Support daily operational activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School/Vocational High School graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an ATV Guide or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Able to operate an ATV safely and confidently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented.
